A.

No! The temperature of a bald head is 2-4℃ cooler than one with hair and isn’t as dark or humid, so it’s not the right environment for those little dandruff elves to work in. (Source)

Can I get the Porsche I won in a Roffle in bubblegum pink? (I.e. can I choose the colour of my prize?)
A.

Look, a pink Porsche is not something we can condone BUT we do want you to be over the friggin’ moon with your prize, so if there’s something specific you want, we’ll try and deliver! Within reason, guys.

What happens if the Raffle doesn’t fill?
A.

In the highly unlikely circumstance that a Roffle didn’t fill...


Timed Roffle: Will execute as normal. Regardless of the number of entries, a winner will be awarded when the timer expires. 


Capped Roffle: wouldn’t execute and everyone would be credited with their Roffle Bucks back.

How will I receive my prize?
A.

We’re currently recruiting a crew of messenger pigeons. It’s hard to find experienced candidates though, they all just want to wing it.

What if the prize is damaged or defective?
A.

Don’t hate us, we’ll take it back and get you a new one.
Please do not open the package if it was damaged in transit.
Send us an email with your name, the email address you registered with and as much detail as possible about the problem to team@roffles.com and we’ll get it sorted.

Are all prizes brand new?
A.

YES… well, nearly all. Absolutely no used TVs, no stolen phones, no used holidays… you get it. All that’s spanking new, just for you! It’s only the cars that might have a little vintage in them. And that’s so we can continue to Roffle off such incredible motors!

Can I host a Raffle on your site?
A.

We do accept a select few charities or major social influencers to host Raffles on the site. If it’s something you’re interested in applying for, please get in touch at team@roffles.com

Can I see how many people entered a timed Roffle?
A.

No! That would spoil all the fun. It’s a secret. You could be one of a million or literally the only person playing. Only one way to find out!

Of course! A million percent. We rather enjoy not being behind bars.
Happy to give you the lowdown though… Under UK law, prize competitions are not licensed in the same way that many gambling sub-industries are. We do not need a license to operate, though we are still expected to adhere to legislation from the UK government, and we do accordingly.

Why do I have to answer a question to enter a Roffle?

We are a website offering loads of awesome prize competitions. UK law mandates that prize competitions must include some test of skill or knowledge. The question you answer to enter serves as that.

The questions are always fun and easy. How’s your general knowledge?!

We are legally categorized as a prize competition.

How soon after I win will I receive my prize?
A.

For general prizes, we won’t keep you waiting more than 14 business days from the date you win. It’s normally quicker but first we like to double check the shipping address with you, and if there are any colour or other specifications (we let you choose, sometimes), we confirm those first as well. 


For holidays and experiences, our experience coordinator will reach out to you directly. They’ll help set details such as departure date and activities.

So, very shortly our expert experience designer from Jubel will reach out to you directly. They’ll help you set all the details such as departure date, travel style and activities, to make sure it’s your dream getaway.
We understand that you’ll need to plan around work days and other commitments, so take some time to get all that sorted. COVID notice: We are currently following government guidelines on travel so these timings are likely to differ. Your experience designer will advise.

Er… YAAAS. We’re not just doing this for the giggles, we love to see our happy winners. We do a weekly video stream of our competition draws, celebrate your win on social media and add you to our hall of fame. We have a load of fun. 
Plus, if you win a car, we personally deliver it to your door! The nosy neighbours will have a field day.

Only thing free is healthcare in the UK! Roffle Bucks are not free! But if you follow us on social media and participate in reposting our stuff, we do often randomly select someone to get some “gifted” Roffle Bucks. One might call them free.

We’ve never had anyone ask to do that because people are excited to play! All sales on Roffle bucks are final, but if you’re struggling to find a Roffle you love, we’re open to feedback and suggestions, shoot us an email!

You can purchase the item any time in the three days following the Roffle’s end
